Revised Acts Now Available on PIO
We are pleased to announce that Public Information Online (PIO) now includes revised versions of Acts. This important update means that users can access legislation with amendments from subsequent Acts already incorporated into the text — saving valuable time and improving clarity when reviewing current law.
Revised legislation allows for a clearer understanding of the law as it stands today, rather than needing to cross-reference multiple sources. The addition of revised primary legislation marks a significant enhancement to the legal content available on PIO.
This update supports our ongoing mission to provide trusted, authoritative, and up-to-date access to UK legislative material — making research quicker, easier, and more reliable.
You can find revised Acts in the same location as before – simply look for the “Revised” label on the document title.
