You can now search and view Statutory Instruments and Draft's, from 2017 to date, subject to the following procedure:
- Made negative
- Draft negative
- Made affirmative
- Draft affirmative
- PNSIs
- Published drafts under EUWA
- Legislative Reform Orders
- Remedial Orders (including the proposals)

The procedure of the SI is noted below the SI number.
When you have selected your SI, click the "Timeline" tab to see how it progressed through Parliament.You will see when the SI was introduced, if it has been debated in Hansard, considered by the joint/select
Committee of both Houses or by the Delegated Legislation Committee.
We will soon be adding all SI's, including SI's not subject to Parliamentary Procedure, from 1987 to date.
